Open Figure Drawing Studio is open to ANY artist or student of any level. No pre-registration is required.
A model is provided. The model listed in the calender is generally undraped except were noted. Students should bring their
own materials.

FAQ
-Is photography allowed - I may want to finish
drawings at home?
The easy answer is no.. however it is totally up to the indivual model, they have the last
say. If it is agreeable with them, shoot your pictures only at the end of the pose (especially if you have a flash), as it
is distracting to the other artists. Some models don't mind, others are violently opposed--it is their choice.
-Is paint allowed in figure drawing studio?
Yes, but
oderless solvents only please. The key is consideration for your fellow artist in the same room as yourself. In the same thought,
please use any SPRAY FIXATIVE outside of the drawing room. Some artists fix their drawings with an oderless hair spray, but
again please spray out of the room!
